Name Driver Classification

Submitting this form will register ONE car for the iRTES season. This is also where you register your overall Team if you haven't already done so.

Team Name *

Your team's full name as you would like it to appear. If you are registering an additional car under an existing team, please use the exact same team name to make it easy on our admins!

Team Manager

As Team Manager, you are responsible for organizing your overall team and all cars that you enter. You will be our main point of contact if we need to reach out to your team for any reason.

Team Manager Name *

Your full name, as it appears in iRacing and on the CMS Discord.

Team Manager Discord ID *

Your Discord username is visible on your Discord profile, and usually looks like @yourusername.

Team Manager iRacing ID *

Your 5- or 6-digit iRacing ID. This is visible on your iRacing account or profile.

Team Manager Email *

We will only use this for official purposes and will not share this with anyone outside of select members of our admin team.

Car Information

This section covers one Car entry in the championship. If your Team will be running more than one car, you will need to fill out this form for each car, but you only enter the Team Manager and Driver Roster ONCE!

Car Entry Name *

Your car entry must include your Team Name, or at least a recognizable part of it (and please use similar names for every other Car on your Team, if applicable).

Car Entry iRacing ID *

Your iRacing "Team" numeric ID

Preferred Car Number *

The car number you would like to have, if available.

Alternate Car Number *

If your Preferred number isn't available, we'll use this one. If this one isn't available either, we'll ask you, or assign one at random.

Car Choice *

Please select the car you will be running for this entry.

Please let us know whether you anticipate being placed in the Pro or Am classification. Ultimately, the Admins will make this determination per the criteria outlined in the iRTES Sporting Regulations, but your response here helps us with planning.

Team Roster Additions

Each Team may register a limited roster of drivers, and these drivers are shared between all cars registered by that team (subject to limits of any [Am] classifications, if that applies to you). Each car you enter entitles you to up to six additional drivers added to your overall Team roster. There's no need to re-submit drivers whom you've already registered in your roster this season.

If the Team Manager will also be driving, they must be listed in this roster!

Additional Drivers or Roster Changes

Contact the Admins directly if you need to list additional drivers or make changes to your roster.

Submitting this form will register ONE car for the iRTES season. You and your teammates are expected to follow all CMS and iRTES rules and regulations. You must also remit payment of US$45 for each car you enter. You may do so now, or if you will be registering multiple cars today, you may combine your payment if you wish.
