iRTES Final Power Rankings: Champions Rise, Street-Course Precision Reshapes the GT3 Order
The final ranking is not simply the championship table. It weighs feature-race performance most heavily, then considers season consistency, reliability, attendance, cleanliness, pace and how each team finished the year.
St. Petersburg gave us the final piece of evidence. GermanPitbullz and Quokka leave as champions, but several teams finished the season with momentum that their raw points totals do not fully capture.
GTP Final Power Rankings
The champion finishes where it belongs. GermanPitbullz turned Homestead's raw speed into victories at Red Bull Ring and St. Petersburg, then produced a near-perfect finale: 161 of 171 laps led, the race's fastest GTP lap and zero incidents. Two wins, one second and 102 points.
PCA did not win the finale, but its season was extraordinarily complete: first, second, second. The Porsche finished only three championship points behind GermanPitbullz and actually won the GTP Clean Team Award with just 24 incidents across all three races.
Two third-place finishes and FP1-leading St. Petersburg speed made The Organization the clear third force in GTP. The finale ended after only one completed lap, preventing a real title upset attempt, but 90 final points and two full-race podiums keep the BMW firmly third.
The Acura's underlying speed was better than its final 56 points suggest. A full-distance fourth at Homestead was followed by a Red Bull Ring disconnect and no finale result. It remains fourth because its best complete race and demonstrated pace still exceed the evidence below it.
Titanium's season never became a normal endurance campaign: technical issues at Homestead, 42 laps in Austria and no completed lap at St. Petersburg. The corrected Red Bull Ring fifth-place score preserves fifth in both the standings and the final power order.
The Cadillac showed legitimate speed at Homestead but did not return for the final two championship rounds. One event is not enough to move it above teams that remained involved deeper into the season.
GT3 Final Power Rankings
Champion, finale winner and the only GT3 team to finish in the top two in all three rounds. Quokka's FP1 preparation at St. Petersburg turned into a decisive class victory and a 102-point championship.
The biggest front-end mover of the finale. PCA saved its best feature result for last, finishing second at St. Petersburg on 163 laps with only two incidents. It missed second in the championship by one point, but its final-weekend form earns P2 here.
Brake Fade never won, but it never disappeared. Fourth at Homestead, fifth after the Red Bull Ring penalty and third at St. Petersburg produced 84 points and second in the championship. The McLaren was the season's most consistent challenger outside the eventual champion pair.
Chrome closes the year with a fifth-place finale, a perfect 0x at St. Petersburg and the GT3 Clean Team Award on only 16 season incidents. Its rebound from the Homestead post-race penalty was one of the strongest recoveries of Season 6.
The final two rounds completely rewrote this team's season. After Homestead effectively disappeared from the points picture, cms AM went seventh at Red Bull Ring and fourth at St. Petersburg with only two finale incidents. Lidkea and Williams showed genuine front-half pace.
A small ranking drop despite another strong day. SimHQ finished sixth at St. Petersburg with 0x, ends fifth in the championship on 72 points, accumulated 502 team-car laps across the season, and leaves Season 6 with the GT3 50+ champion in James Andrew.
Three scoring appearances and a seventh-place finale give ThumbTech a quietly durable season. The Porsche reached 500 total championship laps and finishes only one point behind SimHQ in the standings.
No team has a stranger final profile. Moradness won Homestead and was initially first on the road in Austria before the Code 60 penalty moved it to second. It entered the finale tied for the championship lead but did not record a St. Petersburg feature result. The absence forces the largest final ranking drop.
Dark Thunder returned to feature competition and finished eighth in GT3 at St. Petersburg with 151 laps completed. That full finale is enough to produce the largest positive movement in the bottom half of the ranking.
Team Black won the final Sprint on Saturday but did not record a feature result on Sunday. The Sprint victory keeps it ahead of the inactive teams immediately below, but the missing finale prevents a larger rise.
SOELPEC's Homestead podium and Red Bull Ring pace were real, but reliability and attendance became the defining problem. After only 56 feature laps in Austria, there was no St. Petersburg feature result.
The Homestead sixth-place finish remains the team's primary season evidence. Missing both later features makes it impossible to hold position against teams that completed the finale.
Carbon's Homestead points remain its only championship result. The team stays ahead of the remaining one-race entries on the strength of that opening-round performance.
A respectable Homestead performance was never followed by another points-race appearance. The absence from both Red Bull Ring and St. Petersburg fixes the team near the bottom of the final order.
Octo showed real dry pace when it appeared at Red Bull Ring, but a disconnect and the absence from the other two championship races leave too little full-season evidence.
One Homestead result and no appearances in the final two features leave Schadenfreude Fodder II at the bottom of the final Season 6 power ranking.
Biggest Final Movers
Up: PCA Sim Racing GT3 (+4) — the team's first podium of the season came in the finale, with 163 laps and only two incidents.
Up: Dark Thunder Racing (+6) — a complete St. Petersburg feature restores credibility after missing Austria.
Up: cmsracing.com AM (+2) — fourth at the finale confirms that the Red Bull Ring rebound was not a one-race anomaly.
Down: Moradness Squad (-7) — from the top of the power rankings and tied for the championship lead to no St. Petersburg feature result.
Down: SOELPEC (-2) — speed never became the reliable season-long participation needed to hold a top-ten position.
What the Final Rankings Say About Season 6
GTP ended with a very clear hierarchy. GermanPitbullz and PCA separated themselves, The Organization was the consistent third threat, and the remaining programs never accumulated enough complete-race evidence to break into that group.
GT3 was much more fluid. Quokka's championship was built on never finishing outside the top two. Brake Fade's points consistency, PCA's finale surge, Chrome's cleanliness, cms AM's late-season recovery and SimHQ's depth all created distinct paths to the top half.
That variety is exactly what makes the transition to a six-race Season 7 compelling. Over three rounds, one missed event or technical failure could define an entire championship. Over six, teams will have more time to recover, build form and reveal whether short bursts of speed can become sustained title campaigns.
