Acceleration Zone

In iRTES, everyone must ignore the green lights in the game.
You go only when your class polesitter accelerates within the AZ.

The Le Mans Acceleration Zone is limited to one car length before or after the S/F line. The leader’s nose or tail must be within one car length of the S/F line when they begin accelerating.

Orange Zone (OZ)

Try to avoid causing contact or other problems within the OZ on lap 1.
Penalties will be more severe than normal.

The lap 1 OZ at Le Mans runs through to the exit of Tertre Rouge, the right-hander that leads onto the Mulsanne Straight.

Event-specific notes

Rain is likely so there will be no tyre limits for any class.
Race Control may give formation instructions to whole classes during the approach to the Green Flag. Pay attention.
Le Mans has more slowdowns than off-tracks – if you get one please be careful in how you serve it if traffic is around.
While in pit lane you should use the Fast Lane for as long as possible.
