    Default out of curiosity

Recently Steam downloaded the Tatuus cars(or whatever they are) and it indicated I subscribed to them. Nothing could be further from the truth. Don't want 'em, never heard of 'em and certainly did not subscribe to 'em. I got rid of them so no big deal there but I'm wondering how/why that happened and is there anything I can do to prevent it from happening again?

Yes there is a line in one of the .json files you can change to keep from auto-subscribing to everything that S397 puts out.
But it's been a long day and my mind is fried so I will have to give you the details tomorrow

Never let up for a second....or that may be where you finish!

They are free open wheelers S397 added to rF2.

    PATH: Steam\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\UserData\Launcher.config
Change the line of text to Disable Workshop Auto-Subscribe:True
Then go log into the rFactor2 Workshop and unsubscribe to anything you want to get rid of.

They're rebranded cars for licensing sake, hence why you haven't heard of them. One is a Formula 3 car, another is the Pro Mazda.

Nah, they're a manufacturer. S397 has this license.

The line already reads like that. Did you mean change it to 'True'?
