Just filled out registration. I used the wrong team name. It should be AlpineStars Geodesic Beer Wagen.

    Thanks,
    John

I would like to join you guys, and at least try out a pre-season race or two to make sure I am competitive enough since starting back.

Edit: reinstalling iracing backend allowed me to send a request for the league.

Practice was fun, but I would need more practice around Monza to feel comfortable joining a race (I had to buy that track for tonight; never driven that track). You all's deltas are pretty tight, which is good to see. I think with time I would be in the 48s, which is where I would want to be to feel comfortable starting a race. Those chicanes are something else! I will probably practice with you guys tomorrow and then maybe just watch using the live replay.

I didn't even think to look! Duh! I was using something from VRS.

I will join tomorrow for sure, but we will have to see if I can dial in at least a sub 50, more ideally a sub 49. I am still learning my new 80/20 rig I built with the CSW and the HE sprint pedals. No longer can I use all my complete hacked nonsense for the G27 POT based pedals; and trust me, I had some hacks! I was only able to turn 13 laps tonight with a best of a 51.

I know exactly where I am losing time; it is just a matter of dialing it out and learning the car. Also, still need to get my monitors lined up, so that is another distraction.

Anyways, glad I stumbled on you guys. This is exactly what I was looking for in terms of a league/group. One of my goals is to get into endurance racing, and this seems like just the right group to learn from/train with. And, now my wife has another thing to make fun of me about with the ladies at Children's National Hospital in DC tomorrow. LOL.

Brand new to iRacing GT3. Happy to be on board. What will be our next practice track? Or the first race track? I'll start getting some practice in.
