    Only "supposed to" if admin says so, in regards to something like this.

    Joe's completely in charge of this one, but I do believe any number is allowed (ie...you don't have to use your CMS number - which is just an identifier # anyways)
    Completely up to the driver, unless the number is already taken by another (first come, first serve)

    You can use any number as long as someone hasn't chosen it already. That being said I have already placed the numbers on the cars so it creates more work for me if you change them now. If you feel strongly about it I will, but if you can stay with your original choice that would be nice.

    When the server is setup, I am going to allow for medium traction control. Those that find these cars too difficult to drive without it, will have that option. Personally I will not be using it, for realism sake. Also in the showroom when selecting your car there are options you should be aware of. Specifically downforce options which may be necessary to change for certain tracks.
