Wahuuuu! That was fun! I haven't raced for some time - and normally I'm no fan of historic cars, but this combo is so much fun! Reminds me of my beloved Green Hell (Hope we will get that one in a time trial soon (rF2, AC or pCARS2 with a modern GT race car))

I'd imagine at least 4 minutes flat is possible in this car. Just have to learn where it can be pushed and I've yet to fully memorize the track to that extent.

The event is all month long. Plenty of time to get laps in, and again and again and again.

Cool, thanks! I will look for something around four flat, then.

lol, it took me a while to post a valid lap time, looks like the slightest contact with the walls invalidates the lap.

Chris, go for the four flat, it might be possible, but won't be an easy cake to cook

One thing I noticed is that wind is enabled on the server, I would suggest to disable it to give the same conditions for everyone.

Ok. I might have been slightly over ambitious with the 4 flat or more

It might very well be possible, but it'd have to be absolutely perfect (which I am yet to do here, probably never will)

    Nice lap, Mihaly.

What about the new 1.2 version of the track just released? I guess I should wait before installing it.

I would recommend keeping the server to 1.0 version since surfaces.ini was updated (not just graphics), potentially reducing grip in some areas and surface bumps too. Going to v1.2 would kindda void to previous laptimes .

Yup, new track with bumps probably will be slower...I would leave the track as is until the event finishes.

Ok...well. I haven't seen the place before after all, and so I bounced and crashed my way around for seven odd laps. Didn't blow the hydraulic circuit, so that at least appears to be working...sort of.

I added a short piece of air hose (about six inches long) to act as an expansion chamber (300 PSI hose, so the sensor will certainly blow out first). Not sure I got a good bleed, but with the hose it feels different anyway, so it could just be that, and I have to get used to it.

The track is certainly quite fun, and it's nice just to be driving again, but I can't claim any lap yet has been clean. Need more seat time.

Fun to be back at all.
