Starting September 13 we will be running our next series -
VCE's FIA GT Championship!!

The plan is to use the FIA GT 2006 mod by arefra which should/will be found HERE!! when its released.The last word was he was in the final stages of testing and had only one minor fix to make before its release.
If for some reason the mod has not been released in a few weeks,an alternate similar mod will be distributed.

We will be following the 2008 schedule we can be seen HERE!!! - With the exception of Romania,which is not available being subbed out with Hungary.Each race will be bi-weekly,like out LMS series was,1 hour long (60 minutes) with a 2 hour event at Spa (for the 24 hour race).I will be posting a schedule in the GTR2 Division Private section of the forums,as well as any track/mod links needed and of course the server info.You can access this section AFTER signing up in the "VCE FIA GT Championship" sign up thread(at www.djhos.com ).Once you've signed up you will be notified by PM that you have now been granted access to the section.

Car classes - We will be running 3 classes:

GT1 which consists of:
Aston Martins
C6R Corvettes
SR7 Saleens
Lamborgini's
Maseratti MC-12's

GT2 which consists of:
Ferrari 430's
Porsche 997

G2 which consists of:
Vertigo's
Moslers

The sign up thread will have instructions on how to pick a class and car.Also some members who have run with us in the LMS series may be relegated to a lower class.
This is not punishment,its to even the field up a little and make it more competitive for others

Race details:
Practice starts - 8pm Central 9pm Eastern - should last about an hour
Qualifying - 20 mins
Warmup - 10 mins
Race Length - 60 mins
Tire/fuel Use - 2x

The racing server will remain up and running all week prior to the event.Once the event is over it will be reset to the next event.
