The sounds, they are so REAL! They got to be working alongside manufacturers to get it to that stage. I shut my eyes and visualised the cars.......

The sounds are so nice... the soundengine seems to be a BIG step forwards to anything out there. In the past almost every sim used a similar engine, no matter if it was rF, RACE/GTR-Series or iRacing, they all sound pretty identical. This is going to be something else.

I also heard from somebody working at SimBin, that they'll use their own, fully self developed graphics engine for the game, which will give the game a more "alive and authentic" atmosphere than rFactor 2 will have.

I guess everybody is keen to look forward to GTR3 now. I also heard, if rF2 won't make a big step from now until release, Enduracers might base their Endurance Mod SP3 and further on GTR3, not on rFactor 2.

I still love GTR2 (and PnG), except the netcode is just not as stable as rfactor. I'd submit the sounds in PnG are every bit as good as that demo!

With all the new sims popping up like weeds; ironically just as rFactor2 is nearing it's mythical release and starting to get some serious forum time. I sense that the likes of SimBin... are scared.

Between GTR3 and Project CARS, I think it is ISI that needs to be scared

Then again, I don't care for rF all that much so maybe it is my personal bias.

It is you who is right there, ISI might see their base getting away from them, as the other Projects seem to be a big threat for them
