Default Weel delay time response problem

I have a delay time from the input in the weel and the response of the game. I looked over control.ini but could not find where to lower this delay time that is about 0.25 seconds. It is not a frame rate problem.

Anybody knows where can I fix this?

Your wheel delay problem most likely stems from your video card driver. I would be willing to bet you have an nvidia card. If so, the problem can be solved by adjusting your "prerender limit". This option isnt available in the standard driver options, but can thankfully be easily accessed through a simple to use program (yet very powerful) called Rivatuner. Just go to directx/vertical sync options in Rivatuner and set your prerender limit to "0" and poof...no more wheel lag. When you want to play a different game just change it back to "3". Takes about 4 seconds.
