    Default Server setup issue

We have a strange server problem: Per has set up a server, but only one or two users can join - Server is set to 15 users. The rest gets a timeout. Any ideas how to solve that?

Make sure that all of the below steps are followed:
1)Do not use the ingame multiplayer server always use the Dedicated.exe to start the setup.
2)On the first Dedicated server page do pick "DedicatedServer" as the player file in the pull down menu. Then the "Serie Internationale Du Mans v2.65" in the bottom menu.
3)In the Administrator Password box enter whatever the server admin will be using to become an ingame Admin.
    4)Click on the "Vehicles>>" button.
5)In the "Select Vehicle Filters" window, pick the cars and add them with "Add>>" button, click the "Config>>" button.
6)Add the track you want to run.
7)The important bits on the config screen are Connection Type [Menu] I use Custom,Upload Speed [Pull slider to your actual upstream bandwidth level in kbps]and set the download speed slider to your actual speed in kbps.
8)The one that sets how many players that can join the server is on the same page at the bottom, slide the slider to set how many you want based on the server upstream bandwidth.Tick the Matchmaker Annouce and RaceCast boxes. Then click the Options>> button.
9)Set the options for your event making sur that Minimum # of AI = 0 and Maximum # of AI =0.then click "Load Track>>".
The Clients: line on that screen should now read 0/number of drivers that you picked on the other screen. For example 0/15.
If it does not then you have messed up somewhere along the line.

    Hope this helps.
    Joe.
