Rf upgrades system question?

While trying to get my internet connection upgraded, im running an offline championship with the ilms cars to kill time. Tha races are all 6 hours, so i want the ai to use the endurance race upgrade package. is there a way to do this?

Ps dont worry about creating mismatches, as i made a 2nd install

I think that if you buy all of the cars and classes,then go through them all adding the 6 hour package to each one [long job LOL] ,then when you race against them they should in theory be using the upgrade.
You could just pick only certain teams or classes to race with but not sure about that.
