If you no longer have your e-mail verification from trymedia, go HERE and select rFactor and enter the e-mail that you used when you bought rFactor originally.

To make things easier next time, after you reinstall, go to your Program Data directory and copy and save the Trymedia folder to a safe place like a thumb drive. The next time your computer dies -- and it's always a matter of when, not if -- just put that folder back into the Program Data directory and you're good to go without the bother of reactivation.

Finally i got the activation code for rFactor and its working, i don,t know what i did wrong but i got it now. I want to thank you guys for the help many thanks. Now if i can get the rest of the downloads i have into the game i will finally get to race with all of you.

I am switching everything over to my new computer and I too have run into the 'REACTIVATION SLEW."

I have re-installed the game to my new computer, put in the Full 1255 update, copied all my stuff over from the old computer (including the Trymedia folder to the ProgramData folder), and I now get the message that I have missing information.

I have Win 7 64bit on both computers and I copied the Trymedia folder of the old to the same location on the new. Now I get the window where the game is trying to activate and I end up at: Missing information -- the web address you entered is not a functioning page on our site.

I have contacted Trymedia and awaiting their slow response.

A suggestion on how to fix this so I can get back on the track soon would be awesomely appreciated,
