I am downloading it today and can't wait to check it out. Will try to run some laps in it later tonight after the 79 practice race at Jarama.

I really like this mod allot!
I would like to see it mixed w/ the PCC mod for a Rolex style series.
I have also been playing w/ the FIA GT mod for rFactor (GTR2 conversion) and it is very very cool!

This Mod is very cool. Just got done doing some testing with it tonight. Tim Collier and I ran some laps at Daytona Road Course. It's very well done both graphically and physics. Well worth the download. I would love to do what bob suggested and organize a race with these and some GT3 Porsches or something . ... when should we do that? maybe a daytona road course race with a driver swap?

Sounds like fun to me! I've been meaning to install the new version of the mod (never tried the old one), but have been swamped at work this week, so I haven't had a lot of seat time to play around with this one.

I did download the FS One F1 mod, that came out and I kind of like it... The car models/skins look great, and I thought the default setups were pretty stable. It feels a bit more immersive than CTDP F1 to me. I'm sure there are "physics gurus" that will complain and there are some things I don't care for, but overall it's pretty fun!

They have an added application with a very detailed spotter add-on that you can install with it as well. THAT is growing on me... He tells you if your engine temps are getting too high and to take it easy on the engine, which tire is flat, he tells you if you set the particular segment fast time, tells you to take it easy on old tires as you pull out of the pits, tells you to gas it at the end of pit row, some other motivational type of things as I took over the lead last night, etc. That was also the reason I dropped out of last night's race... I spun over a curb, and for the next lap spun like 2 or 3 more times, the car was just "super unstable". The spotter said I had damaged the suspension, but that the aero package was intact and fine. Pretty neat, and a little bit more character ala NR2003. It's kind of a mini-app, so you can configure the spotter outside of rFactor... select from a bunch of radio buttons as to what info, or how detailed info you want.
