I just read somewhere that many of the new graphic effects that are going into rF2 were not ready yet when production of the trailer began, so in theory the final product will look even more awesome than this trailer!

Absolutely can't wait. So glad they are going to have licensed 60's F1 and some classic tracks. Those cars and era are by far my favorite in motorsports. Nothing beats the thrill of blasting through old Spa or Nurburgring in one of those beasts!

If someone else doesn't here, I will create a 60's F1 league when it releases.

Btw, I heard on the iRacing forums there should be a public beta within the next month or two with the release probably in early 2012.

Save me a seat in the Eagle. The GPL days were my golden era of sim racing and it looks like this could be even better.
