Is there anywhere to get completely caught up on rFactor mods for someone that is brand new to rFactor?

It all depends on what you are interested in. What types of cars, trackso r racing eras are you most interested in.

When you go to rFactor Central you will find a hall of fame tab. Focus on those mods, they are the best overall mods for both cars and tracks available for the sim ... you will find tons of great options to choose from.
