    Default Help-need rear view mirrors in swingarm mode

    Can anyone help me fiigure out a way to have rear view mirrors in swingarm cam for rFactor? I have been told it can be done, but I'm not savvy enough to figure it out on my own...

    Thanks in advance...

    There is an option, I think in the display settings, for virtual mirrors. This works for me in bonnet view, so I think it works in all views.

    James,

    It is in the graphic options section of your playername.plr file. In addition you can assign a button in the controler map to toggle the views.

    [ Graphic Options ]
    Broadcast Overlay="0"
    Texture Detail="3"
    Vertical FOV Angle="34" // 34=use default, otherwise is the FOV for attached cameras (horiz is calculated based on aspect ratio)
    Rearview="1" // 0=Off, 1=Center and Side, 2=Center only, 3=Side only (virtual mirrors only, in-car mirrors are on/off)
    Allow Rearview In Swingman="1"
    Virtual Rearview In Cockpit="1
    "
