cam editing

Can anyone tell me what program I need and how I would got about editing the .cam files for the car I use in ILMS. I don't drive in the cockpit view because it messes me up for some reason and I was wondering if it was possible to move the t-cam to the angle it would be in mods like ctdp or mmg.

I tried the AIW CAM Editor from guitarmaen a while back, but at the time it wasn't exactly what I'd call, "user-friendly." Generally it takes a bit of hunt-n-peck to get the cameras right.

i use notepad and alot of restarting of rf till i get the camera where i want it.
