Image Space Inc. Teams Up With Intel to Bring Ultimate Formula One Racing Experience to New Intel-based PC?s!

LOS ANGELES, Calif., May 10, 2006 ? Image Space Incorporated (ISI), a well-known name in racing simulation, announced today it has designed a game that will bring the ultimate Formula One racing experience to PC gamers. The customized racing simulation premiered at the BMW Sauber F1 Team Pit Lane Park event at the European Grand Prix in N?rburgring, Germany on May 7th, and will also be showcased at the Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles on May 10th.

Intel, the Official Corporate Partner of BMW Sauber F1 Team, worked with ISI to turn its stunningly realistic rFactor racing simulation into a game, and will demonstrate the game on systems sporting the recently announced Intel? Core? 2 Duo processor at BMW Sauber F1 Team Pit Lane Park events throughout the F1 racing season. ISI?s pedigree as a leader in racing simulation includes the popular F1, F1 Challenge and NASCAR Thunder game franchises.

SWEET!!!!!! Man you go out of town for a few days and look what happens!!!!!!! very cool. If rFactor isn't worth the 30.00 or so that it costs, I dont know what is. Will be great to see an F1 style series come out of this ......

Definitely cool! It's basically a standalone car I guess, so if someone makes a series out of this, it would have to all be basically BMW F1s with skins for the other teams.

Still I'm looking forward to trying this out, and seeing how the physics relate to F1C and the F1 Champions mod I've been driving a lot lately.

Gotta love E3 week! All of the new toys and announcements come fast and furious! lol

That's a great website Tim! I wander why they dont have anything yet though for Neverwinter Nights 2? did I miss it? That is the game I am really looking forward to.

The rFactor site now has more pictures of the BMW Sauber on a new track (?), and one of the shots is a head-on pic at 1600x1200, suitable for wallpaper....very nice model!!!
