FPS was around 38-55 so off to see what I can do, no money for any upgrades to hardware so time for some overclocking.
Hate to hear that Frank...sounds like Sebring needs some optimizing from a lot of reports of frame rate/blinking car problems.

It's not how fast you can go, but how long you can go fast!

Thanks Tim, That track has a lot going on, more than expected for a relative flat area being an air field.

So went testing my old school over clockig skills once again, took my cpu from 3400 to 3800, overclocked my EVGA GTX660TI with their "EVGA Precision Xoc" software and my frame rates went from 55-60 off line at Sebring to 80-90. Only with those overclocking changes nothing else altered. I ran a 90 min race with our settings but with 35 cars. FPS never dropped below 80 so I am now feeling better. My next trick is to remove my pair of older monitors from my system and just run my 29" screen, its going to be tunnel vision going from 3 monitors to a single one but need to increase my fps and stability. If it works then maybe I might try DX11 again, to this point all it does is crash as soon as I try to start RF2. All my hardware says it is DX11 compatible but we will see.

If you are getting a DX11 crash on start, it is probably due to plugins. Make sure you disable all your plugins except the Steam plugin (or at least all the ones that draw to the screen, those are the ones incompatible with DX11) before switching to the DX11 branch.
