If we change I'd prefer Option A.

I'm good with whatever time we go. What works best for most is fine with me.

The current time is good for me, but if I must choose then it will be A. Option B would have me finishing a 90 minute race at 11:30 and with work early in the morning this old man that wont work and I will not be able to attend.

Option A preferred if we change. B is pushing it a bit for me.

So far, Option A seems to be better for some, and others are good either way.

    Need more posts!

Similar situation for me. But I can understand the west coast users preferring Option B.

Yep, must be the difference in language. Here "push back" means move it further away, i.e. make it start later. "Move forward" would be to bring the start time closer, so making it start earlier.

I'm on the east coast, and either A or B is fine with me.
