Dang, I can't remember the last time I actually enjoyed watching a NASCAR race. Cutting an inch off the rear spoiler has made all the difference and now the cars can run in packs and do a slingshot for the win.

They need to cut way back on the attrition -- since only 10 of the 25 starters were running at the finish tonight -- but I think once they learn where they can tap other cars and where they can't, it should be great racing.

Montoya was asleep all night. Looked like he was just trying to survive. He might be a sleeper for the 500. He and Jamie marched to the front one time but then Montoya was hung out to dry by his own team mate....
