PoR and CMSRT Rosters for 2012

Really great to see the rules. Thanks for pointing this out. They look quite interesting, hopefully the changes will be be made for the best. But I think it will hopefully make it more competitive for competetors of all skill levels.

I aim to make a good contribution of points for CMS Rally Team this year, and hope we are able to get the team to reach the playoffs and with any luck promotion to League 2 for 2013. But will need to wait and see, as you mention with some drivers making new teams there could be plenty talent just looking to start a fresh. And I know there will be some casual drivers with us, but that is all good. The rest of us just need to try harder. Can't wait!

Hey guys, I wanted to give you a quick update.

I have registered for a iRacing league (ISRA) and will be spending a lot of my sim racing time with that for the next couple months and probably won't be doing much rallying. I know that POR this year is more relaxed, but still wanted to post about my lack of participation and if I should give up my spot on the team.

I just think given my recent track record and how frustrated I have been getting over the rallies I need to do something different and maybe get back to my roots of circuit racing. Rally is still my favorite and I won't give it up, but I don't want to take up a spot on POR if there is a dedicated rally racer out there looking to run for us while I'm away. Just let me know, thanks.

I understand your frustration, and I know that the weekly grind of the RSRBR schedule can make it seem more like work than fun. As far as your spot on PoR goes, don't worry about it for now. I would like to see a bit more participation on PoR than what we have at the moment, but it's the time of year when everyone starts to get busy with other things. I guess the best way to handle it is this...I'm not going to go out looking for people to fill spots right now, but if someone comes in and wants a spot I'll get in touch with you and find out what you want to do.

In the mean time, feel free to jump in whenever you want - whether it's the stable rallies, or the Super Rally Series. And have fun iRacing! I plan to jump back into some road racing in the NALMS to freshen it up a bit too.

I'll try to do stable rallies here and there, but other than iRacing taking up time my addiction to Skyrim isn't helping either.
