Also, the Power and Glory addon is only 6 bucks and comes with the BMW M3 Rally, Lancia Delta S4, Ford Focus ST Rallycross, Scion tC and Chevrolet Camaro SSX Concept, each with a range of liveries.

As to us racing as a community, the multiplayer will only allow 8 players per session. But we could join a session as friends and maybe even do multiple, simultaneous 8 player sessions in a knock out with the winners of each session coming together in a championship round either that evening or at a later date. Or something like that...

You know, I bought Dirt3 and didn't realize there might be more than one out there. Mine came in for "Windows Live". Now this might leave me out of the action here at CMS. Like the game though.

Sort of disgusting, as I should have looked at Steam, but they screwed up my Dirt2 download version and wont issue a new install to see if it would resolve my issue, that being it will not load. Seems to be looking for a Dirt2.exe. That is the difference over a DVD version, where you can always uninstall and reinstall no problem.

Contacted Steam numerous times and they have responded, and I tried all their recomendations, but not to my insistence that everything they have suggested does not provide me with this Dirt2.exe the game seems to constantly explain I need.

Oh well, didn't mean to whine. Sort of favoring Rally over Road Racing at the moment, though it is far more demanding IMO. Just fun. I mean the one here at CMS over at PoR with RSRBR. That's not just Dirt, it's Tough.

    Larry

Windows Live is in all the PC versions, either DVD or Steam. All the in-game matchmaking is via Wndows Live, so you would not be left out.

Tell us your Windows live avatar name, and we can friend you. (there is a whole list of our usernames over in the Rally Special event thread). Then we you get online with someone at the sme time, its easy to hook up into a game.
