Nicely done John! Throw a soft drop shadow or outerglow on the text to make it pop!

    Yeah, that's art! :-)

I LOVE the Glen! I'm not going to let anything keep me from this one.

Yea, that's cool! Looks like it was painted right on the wood. Well Done!

As updated on my "dead" T500 RS wheel is now ALIVE!!! I emailed Thrustmaster tech support and they gave me a walkthrough this morning and now my wheel is working! Yes! I have been using G25 for last few days, I cannot handle its dead center (or dead zone, whatever) - it's like stepping backward.

Forgive me for my exciting - I spent whole weekend pouting over my broken T500 and now my week is going to be better!

    No, I don't mind.

We thank you for your choice of Thrustmaster products and for reaching us regarding your issue.

After reading the few details you have provided us in your email, we recommend you to reinstall the software and to update the firmware using a second unit; this will also eliminate the probability of this issue of being a local one.

Therefore, please download the driver by accessing the link placed just below:
    http://ts.thrustmaster.com/download/...011_TTRS_5.exe

After the download is over, proceed with its installation.
    - DO NOT CONNECT the T500 RS racing wheel to your PC before being prompted to do so.
    - DO NOT CLICK in any Windows-specific panes that may appear during the update process.

After the installation is over, update the firmware one more time. For additional details, please access the following link:
    http://ts.thrustmaster.com/download/...are_Update.pdf

In case the wheel is not listed under Game Controllers panel, try to connect it in boot mode: press the L3 and R3 buttons at the same time and plug the wheel directly to a USB port (no Hubs, no USB extenders) while holding these 2 buttons pressed; release the 2 buttons afer 5 seconds.

When in boot mode, the wheel will NOT calibrate and will NOT be detected under the Game controllers and the MODE LED will be OFF; this is all normal.

Next, the Firmware updater needs to be started (Start/ All programs/ Thrustmaster/ T500 RS). If the wheel is listed under "Device", then the firmware update can be started. If the wheel is NOT listed, repeat the same procedure on a different USB port.

Please inform us about the results you have obtained by replying to this email.

We hope that the information we have provided is useful and has helped to resolve your query. Have a good day and please remember that Thrustmaster Technical Support is at your disposal for any other information you may need. You can reach us via the Web at the following addresses:

http://ts.thrustmaster.com/eng for the latest updates and FAQs

or by telephone at one of the numbers listed on the following page:

I actually did exactly two important steps on installing driver, but the wheel went dead when I tried to install firmware V37. They suggested me to follow the firmware installation step (hold down L3/R3 button before installing firmware) – did the trick to bring my wheel back alive.

I’ve installed firmware before (V33) it worked without hold down L3/R3 trick, but V37 must be different way. It doesn't matter, I'm glad that it's fixed.
