    Default Pro Series Here I Come! (Kris Hudson to Represent CMS at iRacing)

    Finally! The wait is over! I DID IT!!! I'm really excited to be representing CMS in the first iRacing Pro Series. Here's the entry from my blog:





    It was a long hard fought battle but I managed to make up points lost in the last week of racing! I'm so excited I made it in!

    This last week of racing has been pure time trialing made the difference for me. It was such a hectic week, there was just no chance for me to get a full race in. I knew it was going to come down to safety rating in the last week. I had a few stupid mistakes in the time trials but was able to put in enough safe laps to boost myself up in the safety ranking...a lot. I gained 135 places in the safety ranking and this is definitely what made the difference in me securing a place in the pro series.

    It feels good to reach my goal for this season. I know I won't be contending for the championship but it's my goal to at least be competing in the top 100. Woohoo!

    Kris congratulations!!!! Guys this is a huge accomplishment and a great thing for Kris to be recognized in the Pro Series at iRacing!!! Rather you follow iRacing or not this is something that I am sure everyone can appreciate. There are thousands of Sim racers on the iRacing service and Kris is in the top 250 for road racing -- and will represent our community here at CMS very well!!! Goodluck Kris -- can't wait to follow your progress in the pro series!

    Yeah, I'll definitely be blogging my experiences in the Pro Series. It's been fun and helpful blogging about my run for the series up until now. It helps me reflect on my experiences so I can focus on improving my driving.

    Congrats Kris!! Awesome job.

    I guess only the guys that made Pro have been advanced so far? I should have an A License but I guess we don't get advanced until next week?
