    Default Iracing runoffs

i saw another racing system was doing runoffs. could we do runoffs for iracing at road america in cetain cars like:

    Touring 2-Pontiac Solstice(non rookie car),
Spec Racer Ford- Spec Racer Ford,
    C Sports Racer- Radical SR8,
Formula Atlantic- Lotus 79 or Dallara Indycar
    GT1- Corvette CR6,
    Formula Enterprises- Star Mazda
    American Sedan- Ford Mustang F500s,
    Formula Continental-Skip Barber Formula 2000
Showroom Stock B-VW Jetta Tdi Cup Car
    GT2-Ford V8 Supercar

Seems like it would be tons of fun to me. if anyone would be willing to run it I would definetly do it.

Sounds interesting, maybe this is something we could do next season. Anyone else interested?

I will only interest in five vehicles - Lotus 79, Dallara, Corvette C6R, Radical, and Star Mazda.

I'm already got tired of Mustang and Solstice - well, more like burn out. I wanted something different other than Mustang and Solstice.

No reason to be bored. There the official iRacing series provide quite a lot of variety and there are a bunch of other leagues that run different cars each week. Specifically, M.A.R.A. has a single car series on Thursday nights that runs a different car almost every week. You should check that out.

Yeah, I focused on few vehicles on iRacing's official racing - Silver Crown, Silverado, and Star Mazda.

I checked M.A.R.A. out a while ago and decided not to join any other league. I don't really like to go on league hopping (CMS was 4th league I joined). If you guys are planning to run the "iRacing Runoffs", I will attend the races.

M.A.R.A. is the only other league I participate in, but due to other commitments, I do so only occasionally. Honestly, I'm not sure what's in store for next season...we'll see.

As we're rather heavily dependent on open server joiners (as opposed to full-time league members) in iRacing, I suggest we stick with one car. It has been my observation that regulars will look for the league races in cars they enjoy but mixing cars every week is a serious crapshoot as to participation. Certain cars are popular and some just don't seem to ever be.

Tiny fields are just not fun and turn off potential repeat joiners.
