GT Championship or Prototype Challenge

Next season I'm going to run in two official iRacing series; one oval and one road course. I've already decided to run in the Late Model oval series and now I'm just debating on which road series to run in. I've narrowed down my selections to either the GT Championship (C6R) or the Prototype Challenge (DP Riley).

If you had to pick one, which would you pick and why?

I would run the Vette Troy because I think you'll get larger fields the car seems to be more popular.

I'll probally be doing a little bit of GT next season since i'll be promoted to B Road soon.

This is going against the grain, but I think I'm going to give the Prototypes a shot. I know that participation was way down last season, but I think the new build, combined with this weekend's Rolex race will breath some new life into the series. I'll give a shot for a few weeks and if it doesn't work out, I'll switch back to the Corvette.

I would expect there to be more participation in them too after this weekend Troy.
