Charles Stout Wins at VIR North in the CMS Mustangs iRacing Event

This weeks Champion Motorsports Mustang Challenge event was at the very fun, yet challenging Virginia International Speedway (VIR), North Course Configuration. It is a track that is a favorite for our own Charles Stout, and he proved that tonight with a very nice win that would see him continue a recent hot streak in the series, closing the gap on points leader Devin Obrien.

The victory for Charles would not come easy as he had Jonathan DiClemente hounding him on the bumper the entire night. The two cars were seperated by less than a second for most of the race, and it took a patient and persistent Charles Stout to hold off Jonathan for the victory. Newcomer to CMS Kevin Savoie would finish in 3rd in his first race with the league to finish out the podium.

Currently we are unable to update points and official results because of maintenance occuring on the database we use to keep track of the statistics, but as soon as we are able to update them we will notify everyone.

Our next event will be Wednesday April 6th at Summit Point, which is a great track and should be really fun in these cars! Cya there!
