Lightbulb Take a Picture of your Racing Setup, or Room, and Post it HERE!!!

Ok everyone, lets have some fun with this. Take a picture of the environment you race in. Either the room, the racing simulator, the desk area where you set, etc! Show us your setup and post it here ...

I will go first, Here is a link to a gallery with pictures of my rig (last updated 6/28/2009)

I race upstairs in a game room area, that also includes a couple of movie chairs and a DLP Tv that we use for entertainment. Wish I had a nice poker table or Pool table up there as well, but I had to make some sacrifices so that I could fit the simulator in a back section of the room. I also work from home a lot and the area also has a desk and the computer I use for typing to do this post, etc.!!

lets see everyone elses setup, no matter how simple or elaborate. Just a fun idea here to see what things are like for you on race night.

Here is my setup,it's in my dining room for the moment (Year) lol.
Cockpit is made from 2" ABS and plywood.
Below are some pics of some happy users of my cockpit design.
Mike Tribble just received his cockpit the other day.
We'll have to get him to post some pics when he gets it all together!

Nice rigs guys. Bob, I particularly like the innovative use of the PCV pipe. It's relatively light and strong as hell too. At the moment my desk is my setup, but now that I see your setup I'm rethinking my configuration.

Thanks Mike, make sure you go w/ 2" Black ABS and not PVC as PVC is too flexible.
    Been there done that!

Or you can look at using schedule 80 PVC instead of schedule 40....80 has more wall thickness than 40, and can probably handle the weight....but I'd certainly stay with what works too, and if Bob and everyone else is using ABS...

Schedule 80 PVC would be fine but a little more expensive.
The nice thing about the ABS and the glue is, it's already black!
