Default VOR, Trois, and the merge line...

Please go and make your feelings known on this...I think it's important that everyone in VOR weigh in on this topic.

Tim, what are your thoughts on it? I think it's a bit silly and admining stuff for the sake of doing it. I don't see a big problem with the blend line. You have a clear view of someone coming out of the pits

I posted my thoughts about 6 posts down....while I don't like to have rules like this one, I can see the reasoning behind it and agree with it.

Of course, I figure it will piss off the V8 drivers immensely so I'm for it for that reason too

OK, I changed my tune on this Tim, and I posted my remarks at VORs... I'm sure the V8 guys won't like me after the post though! lol Not like they GIVE on the track anyhow, so even if there are repercussions on the track, it will just be business as usual.

I just ran a couple dozen practice laps at Trois, to SEE how this rule would affect the racing line, and how I drove. I don't think I was even crossing the blend line before the s/f line before the ruling came out. Actually, I ran my best laptimes today... fast lap in race setup, about 10 laps into the run, of 1:07.118
