Size Limit Increased for User Photo Album Pics

I had it limited in size for user album pics to 600x600 pixels. I have changed it to be 800x600 pixels to allow for some better picture sizes in the photo albums. Also scroll to the bottom of the forums for another nice little addition in this area -- enjoy.
