Dancing in the Rain is Stephen King at Oran Park!

Congratulations to our latest winner in the Champion Fun Series. Stephen King overcame the Rain and Thunderstorms as well as David Anderson (P2) and Mike Hirsch (P3) for the win this week at Oran Park! Stephen drove the most consistent race. Many drivers were caught off guard at the beginning of the race when they had to pit early on lap one to replace slicks with wet tires. The practice and qualifying session -- as well as the forecast were clear, but just before race time the skys opened up and we raced all 40 laps on Wets! Congrats again to all participants and finishers.

Sorry I couldn't make it, my niece called and is doing a round-off, back walkover in gymnastics (she is only 7), and she called me wanting me to see it. That, and it was Dad's birthday caused me to miss the race....and there was rain!!!!!! BOO!!!
