We are three races into the Champion ILMS world division and things are going great with some fun racing on the track and a number of positional battles in the Championship Points, but one thing is remaining constant and that is the stellar driving display that Stephen Bailey is putting on in the first three events, as he would win again this week at Donnington for his 3rd win in a row, and really showing he has officially reached Alien Status within the CMS community! Congratulations Stephen. Equally as impressive this week was the GT-2 class win by Troy Dalton which was also an overall Podium as he finished 3rd in the event, beating several of the faster GT-1 cars. Great job Troy. Next week on August 12th we will be taking a short one week break from the Drivers Championship and running a Fun Event at Eastern Creek, where all of the World Drivers will be able to pick any of the ILMS cars amongst the 4 available classes for some fun and a change of pace!
