    I'm sure everyone here has seen pics of the new Camaro that's due in late '08...

    But check out these billboards...they just scream BADASS!

    Bob Lutz, vice chairman of General Motors Corp says:

    The wheels are 21s at the front and 22s at the rear, with monster 275/30 front and 305/30 rear tires, which should be able to handle the 400 horses from the LS2 6.0-liter V-8 engine powering through a six-speed manual transmission.

    Holy shit....check this out! I hope it's true!!!

    Steve Saleen (founder of Saleen Performance, manufacturer of limited edition, high-performance vehicles) in a recent interview with Road and Track Magazine hints that there may very well be a Saleen edition of the upcoming Camaro. Saleen has already had a hand in the history and marketing of the Camaro concept car, as the manufacturer of the Bumblebee Camaro car for the big screen movie edition of The Transformers. When asked of manufacturing a Saleen versino of the new Camaro, Steve Saleen is quoted as saying "It's not legally official right now, but that's what we're hoping for."

    Saleen further went on to reveal what very well may be the first confirmed reports of the upper-range engine options for the new Camaro. He has reported that a 6.2L 450hp V8 will be shared by the 2009 Camaro and Corvette. The Base V8 will probably be a detuned version of the same 6.2L engine. Saleen would like to upgrade the 6.2L engine to a base model boasting 485hp and an Extreme Supercharged version powered by over 600 horesepowers!
