The stands were packed on the Zandvoort Cirquit when the GTC World Division visited this challenging track in The Netherlands. The crowd went wild as the local favourit Hein Houweling went from third on the grid to battling for the lead with Steen Franta. Steen Franta was fourth on the grid, but made a brilliant start and was 2nd through the first corner after Neal Johnson.


Neal lost his lead on lap 8, and never recovered. Franta and Houweling was compeeting for the lead until Heins engine blew on lap 44.

The race saw many good, clean fights through the entire field.


In the end, Steen Franta took the victory followed by Brian Farmer and Paul Hamilton.

In the overall standings Steen Franta Leads with 135 points followed by Brian Farmer (105 p), Neal Johnson (79 p) and Hein Houweling (79 p)
