Arrow Mark Bos storms to victory @ Road America 3 class ILMS

The CMS World Division held it`s 3 Class ILMS event today at the famous but deadly Road America track and as usual this track took it`s toll of drivers with it`s unforgiving bends, slippery grass and gripping sand traps.
Neal Johnson was on pole after a blistering 1:44.243 lap,but the overall winner and P1 top step podium went to Mark Bos who also got the fastest race lap of 1:46.411.
On the second step was Neal Johnson who also had a cool race lap time of 1:46.574.
The bottom podium step was taken by Henry Hudson who ran a steady but commanding race.
In the P2 class Paul Hamilton takes the win and the top P2 podium place,Joe Owens was in second spot but had equipment problems and was not a threat to Paul.
The GT class was lead by Tom Cinnamon,Tom is a very fast GT driver and can give some Proto drivers a run for their money.
Second place GT driver was Scott Clark, and on the bottom podium step was Hein Houweling.

Haha Neal, storms!...it was more a nightmare tornado, what a track, absolutely unforgiving.

Very tricky, hard race with a smashed car, you, me, anders, lol all know..oh dear. 20min sets, what a horrible thing they are.

Nice to shake off the cobwebs and drive this mod in a race though, love it. Makes you feel like your actually driving. Nice one guys, all who finished.

    Cheers, Mark

Wow just wasn't all there Sunday I guess! We had a rowdy night the night before as we had family in town, just barely scraped my mojo together for the race (or so I thought).
All it took was a slight curb in the kink and the car was trashed. Threw me right off and ended up in the wall another 2 times, decided to get off the track so I didn't bang anyone else up.

I looked at the race time and saw about 38 mins left, figured I made it half way so I'll still get points... Guess not as it must go by half the leader laps haha so I came in 1 lap too early!! Leader did 42 and I was at 20.

    Serves me right
