Congratulations to Troy Dalton for winning tonight at Mid Ohio in the CMS iRacing Division to make it two races in a row after his return to the community races from a sim racing break. Troy has picked up right where he left off in our iRacing Division with some very solid runs and now two victories back to back.



The Field Breaks Away at Mid Ohio at the Start for a Great Race (above)

The race at Mid Ohio tonight featured a good sized field with lots of CMS regulars in the race and a few new faces as well. The grid was tight in qualifying and the laptimes being equal would make for a good overall race. With Troy Dalton taking the win Devin Obrien would finish 2nd. The two drivers had a good battle before Troy would break away from Devin and lead the remaining 22 laps of the 30 lap event. charles Stout would finish 3rd after having to drive up through the field from the back at the race start.

Kris Hudson ran his first iRacing event with us this season and would finish 4th with David Anderson completing the top 5.

In the Championship battle Charles Stout continues to hold a very slim lead overall with Devin Obrien 7 points bak and John Hyatt having his best season so far in iRacing a close 10 points back in 3rd place.
