Bryan Heitkotter leads Press on! Rallysport with a top 20 finish.
Bryan Heitkotter led the three Press on! Rallysport drivers who competed in week 17 of the Rallyesim Championships. Bryan finished 19th overall and 4th in the N4 class at the Ronde de la Durance tarmac rally, driving his ever-faithful Prodrive Subaru Impreza N14. His overall placing equals Jerry Centeno's as the highest ever by a Press on! Rallysport driver. For the second time this season, his times were quick enough to warrant a video review by the commissaires. Bryan is the only PoR driver who has been fast enough to receive this “honor”.

Steven Spears competed in the Rallye Terre de l'Auxerrois, the second round of the French Gravel Championships. A couple of critical mistakes on the first leg pretty much scuttled any chance of a high placing on the relatively short rally. He finished 115th out of 388 overall and 11th in the R2 class.

Aaron DeMarre took on the challenging Ralli de Portugal in a Peugeot 207 S2000. Competing in the top A7S class, Aaron finished 75th overall and 22nd in class. The attrition rate was an indication of how difficult the rally was, with just over a third of the teams making it to the finish.
For the week, PoR drivers scored 178 points, ranking 34th among all stables. We lost one place in the overall standings and fell to 30th out of the 44 teams in the championship.

Next week is the first rally of the Nations Cup opening round, with several PoR drivers scheduled to compete as part of the North American team. We are in Pool B, along with the Dutch and Spanish teams. Best of luck to all in Round 1.
Five drivers are scheduled to compete for PoR in week 18 of the RSRBR Championship, including Alex Kihurani and Steven at the WRC Rally of New Zealand. Aaron hits the tarmac in France for the next round of the Hungarian Championship. Justin Cady returns to action at the Rallye Ecureuil Drome Provencale of the France Cup, and Bryan will continue his ascent at the La Pommeraye Hill Climb.
Press on!
