Champion Driver Development Program Visits Autopolis

After a couple sessions in the SRS Trainers, we now introduce you to one of the main cars in the DDP Mod, the Porsche 997 GTC. These cars are very popular in the LMS series and a great way to get started at Champion. Or, like me, it's a car that you love to drive and stay with over the years. Here's a photo of the GT3 Cup car, on which the ALMS GTC car is based.



The Autopolis Circuit


Autopolis (オートポリス) is an international racing circuit located near Kamitsue village in Ōita Prefecture, Japan (30km Northeast of Kumamoto).[1] Opened in 1990, it hosts a range of domestic and international motorsport events throughout the year. Although the track meets a high standard in terms of its facilities, it has never hosted a Formula One race. Due to the circuit ending up in financial difficulties, it has changed hands several times but still operates to this day.
