Mt. Fuji Rally proved to be a challenge of car control as well as car building, with the twisty foothills under the big volcano testing machine and driving skill alike. The trick was staying out of the guardrails, which is easier said than done on this course.
After 10 stages, Mark Bell took the honors, winning every stage in the rally. The combination of driving skill and a great car build kept him well ahead of the competition. In second was Kevin Cinnamon, and third was a CMS guest, Pablo03.
The racing was VERY close, and amplified by all the cars running together stage after stage. Second and third were less than 8 seconds apart, and 4th only 16 seconds behind that after 10 stages.
Thanks to everyone who came out, it was a blast!
