Default XXVII Rallye Villa de Adeje BP

after my deception from last week, i travel to spain
I think i must take a new stategy, i must start earlier in the week not at the last moment
Now i do the first leg.
On stage 1 Passo Valle i have a huge mistake , make a 360 on snow and a 180 again en have to turn in the right positopn to continue, lose a lot of time in the first sectot
On New Bobs i had a very good feeling and a have a good time
On Sorica drive oke but the time was a little bit dissapointing
Second boucle tha same stages too, but dark conditions , make the same mistake on snow again but a little one. other stages going well, Sorica a little bit to slow driving to wild
Up to leg 2 later this week,
Early standings in the box, and good luck everybody

Stable rally for me, tough with the two passes of Passo, like Rico on both tests I ended up facing the wrong direction, but leg complete.

Early in the week but sitting in 1st place in class is not a bad return for my efforts.

    Wat a pitty Magnar

i do the second leg this afternoon.
Have 3 good 4 stages, on the secon time Akagi have 2 good sectors but in the last sector i take a corner to close and hit a the crouwd, red screen and many losing seconds, it was the possibillity too get in the top 10 for general for now, stupid mistake.
    Last stage was oke
Have a good feeling with the car but the first drivers are so fast
Good weekend and up to next week.

Alrighty, pretty good rallye for me, very happy with my pace, not tooooo far behind the aliens.

Lost a bit of time in 4-5 hairpins throughout the rally where the rpms dropped too far, massive turbo lag when geared long.

On the last stage i wanted to push it, unfortunately i spun out in one corner and lost about 12 seconds there, cost me one overall position.

Overall 7th, Group 7th, Class 5th ... not too many points again, around a lousy 128 points -_-

Could have went 4th oder 5th if it would have been a flawless run ... but oh well

I think i will rearrange my garage, you have to be on the podium in the R5 class to score decent points, very hard to do since most aliens are driving in that class, i`ll switch over to some 2wd cars in some rallies i guess.

So I made my own handbrake from the G27 shifter. I was using it before but with the round shifter knob.
    This works pretty well.

Much cheaper too, I used the handle I made for a fireplace poker in high school 35 years ago!!!
