If you guys need help with recording a motec session let me know. It's my job irl and I know how to do it well haha.

I'm going to try and record tonights session, but I don't think I will be able to use my mic or headphones (I'm sure you guys will be happy about that), because the program only recognizes my mic when I have my headphones plugged in. I think the problem is that they are USB, I need to get a regular set that plugs into the sound card mic and outputs. So I'm just going to listen in and see what happens, besides any questions I have I'll just use the chat box.
I don't intend, at all, to put this stuff on the web. My only interest is for having something to reference. As complicated as Motec is there is no way I would be able to remember all that info. The only way I would even post any recordings would be in a private, (members only) section of the forum and only with Dave or Jim's permission. I would hope that people would speak freely even though I might be making a recording, some of the best info and questions come from a persons honesty and comfort in being able to ask anything. I would never put anything on the web without everybodys permission, I have no interest what-so-ever in doing that kind of stuff. As far as I'm concerned any recorded Motec session from me would be for CMS'ers ONLY.
The recording I tried making last night went well until........I went to watch the video and realized I forgot to uncheck a certain box in my sound options and the audio never got recorded,
oh well maybe the next one will go better.
