    Great session last night Jim. A good intro to the topic that people can use. I learned several new tricks I've already started using on some files I had.

    Glad to hear it fellas, and thanks for the feedback Aaron. I agree that the session went long, which I was hoping to avoid. I did not factor in so many good questions, which is my fault. I will find a way to break it up in the future.

    Phil did a great job explaining the powerband. I have a nice utility that will graph those values. I will either get it uploaded or post a link where to download it later.

    Regarding the reference lap, it is automatic if there is no reference lap recorded. You can delete the reference lap, which is stored in the project folder, and Motec will automatically re-record it. I believe the option under File is also for re-recording a reference lap.

    Jim, Thanks so much for the "beginner" MoTec class. It was just what I needed to get up and running. Your explanations and building block approach was just the thing for a newbie to MoTec like myself. Great job! Tom C.
