MAME car delayed one more week

The #14 MAME - Donkey Kong machine will have to wait one more week to show its new paint job. Driver, Ron Schuermann, has been kidnapped by his darts team for the final week of the season. NO MORE DARTS AFTER THIS WEEK UNTIL FALL!!!!

Also, I connected to the server last night, it looked like it loaded everything, then crashed to desktop. If anyone would help me troubleshoot this, I would appreciate it. I don't know where to start. This is what caused me to not run in the rFactor, as I had the same problem.

I bet it has to do with the cars, as I unzip the files, and it puts cars in a lot of different places. Tonight, time permitting, I will put in a fresh install, and patch to 1.1.0.0. I then need to install the Austrailian Porsche Series. I then need to install the final patch and cars (I would like to know where the files need to go-this is where I think there is an issue). Then I need to download the cars from the thread (again, I need to know where to unzip these to). I then want to install the HUD (How do I get it to show?) Does that sound like it is it!!!??

i had the same problem

this is what i did

when i unzipped the folder gtr2 with the locations etc.....i opened each folder in the game and in the mod and placed them in the proper place manually. i put every file where it should go by cut and paste.

i had gtr2 folders everywhere before...lol

also....its good once in a while....even if its a pain to reformat computer, especially us gamers and all our mods etc. lol ....my computer runs awsome now...i just saved "my documents" favorites folder and anyother game file folder that i have to folder to a couple of dvd's....wrote down what programs i need to re install...
now my computer is lightning fast. lol
