Congrats to John Rowland!

It was a long and weary evening of racing, with everyone having some sort of problem....except John Rowland. On his last stint at home as a single man, he decided to pull on the helmet and race at Watkins Glen last night with a small group of drivers, and he's glad he came!

30 laps later, John won the race by more than 10 seconds, with Bob Eardley second, and Jim Best taking the other spot on the podium.

Paul Rein finished 4th, Tim Collier 5th, and newcomer to the Fun Series, Charlie Gog, finishing 6th after an unfortunate meeting with an armco.

I was wondring if we were ever going to race last night, and it was finally 11:40PM, which is past my bed time!!

That was my fault Ron I was trying to be fashionably late for my first wreck...errr race

I learned one simple and valuable lesson last night...armco's are hard...but harder the second time around
