Yeah, sure... You can use whatever default cars come with the mod (The groupd did a good job with this mod, and included something like 30+ cars), so you can just choose one of those.

I can't seem to find Mid-Ohio at rfactorcentral. Is it named something else?

Also, you can get a bunch of Meganes setups there as well... All of the setups posted at rFactorcentral are pretty much what we all have... find one that has similar characteristics as Mid Ohio, tweak to your liking.
