Ok guys, the Fun Series Server is up. Listed as Champion Fun Series. The password is speedzone ... Also, I would highly recommend for the race Sunday night that everyone try to get on Ventrilo ... http://780bradford.com/champion/foru...read.php?t=197 ... Ventrilo and being able to voice chat helps tremendously in Stock Car oval races.

Finally, in rFactor you need to be aware of a couple of things in Stock Cars. The biggest is keep up when pacing and under yellow. Dont allow yourself to fall behind the pacing speed or the pace car or you could receive a black flag. Even if that means you have to light the tires up a little bit coming off pit road do it! But dont panic either, as long as you get up to about 90mph or so to catch the pack you'll be fine, and you wont receive an end of longest line penalty ...

this is going to be really fun. I'll try to be on the server some this weekend if anyone wants to draft!

A good tip for these cars is take your steering lock way down from what your normally run. these cars will drift on the straights and feel really loose if you have it high. I would start with it around 10.0 and either adjust it slightly up or down from there. Here is a setup to start with

I'll be there in the #91 Dodge. How the heck do I set the mirrors so I can see
    more than the rear spoiler?

Everyone, please also install these extra CAR Files, that are from the NAWSCAR and TPSCC leagues. One of them is my #87 XBOX Chevrolet Impala, These are being installed on the server as well

    http://www.tpscc.com/tpsccfiles/NAWSCAR_skins_021508.rar

Also if anyone wants to practice Saturday night I'll be around on the server and ventrilo after 9pm CST.

BTW the extra car files go into this directory within rFactor (overwrite when prompted)

    C:\Program Files\rFactor\GameData\Vehicles\NationalStockCar\T PSCC_2008

Will installing the v1.9.3 update screw up being able to run the V1.1 races on R2P?

No Tim, they are seperate RFM files ad seperate installs, they dont conflict at all.
